Payment

For UK Customers we accept payment by either Personal Cheque, UK Postal Order, Paypal or credit/debit cards (to use this method please email us with your telephone number and we will call you for your card details)

Shipping  - When paying by Paypal, shipping is worked out automatically for Uk mainland addresses.

For UK Customers All Items are sent via first class post. Add £6.50 for recorded delivery. Heavy or bulky items are shipped via Parcel Force 48, please phone or email to confirm postage cost. Postal insurance is covered with no extra cost with Parcel Force.

All Items small items will be dispatched within one working day by Royal Mail. Larger items will be dispatched within one working day via a two day courier service. A next day service is available upon request but will be subject to an extra charge. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you via telephone so please put you phone number on your order details.

ALL POSTAL COSTS INCLUDE POSTAGE AND PACKING TO MAINLAND BRITON.

This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK addresses. We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland but these are subject to an extra postage charge.

Fees - No additional fees are payable by the buyer.

Delivery - if paying by Personal cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance before items are dispatched); payment by postal order or other secure funds will result in immediate shipping.

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds.

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Refunds & Returns  

If you are not happy with your mail order purchase, we are happy to refund the cost of the item if returned in original condition within 30 working days. If you receive your item damaged, then please let us know and we will refund on receipt of the item. If you do not receive your item within 10 working days for UK deliveries, please let us know and we will arrange a full refund.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us at Ellenbray@aol.com within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to our store, or we can arrange collection free of charge.
